The Teaching
We are all about respect here, and making this a place where members can come together to discuss spiritual topics, ask questions, share their knowledge and grow on their journey. This is a safe place to be yourself, receive or offer support, help keep the vibrations high, and meet new people who are on the same journey of awakening that you're on.
You'll find that our group about mindfulness, love, astral travel, meditation, the effects of sound vibrations, the meaning of life, our soul's purpose and many more.
A group of fellow seekers working together
We gather together on ‘Work’ days in order to focus exclusively on inner Work with others, and to care for our space. We often start with a ‘sitting’, and explore themes and ideas throughout the day.
We have a weekly Movements class.
